Privacy policy
This page explains how Storyz uses information submitted through its founding-access, project-submission, collaboration, and licence-request forms.
Data collected
Email address, selected profile, and proof of consent. For a Projects submission: title, format, stage, territory, pitch, optional link, and related confirmations. For a collaboration: role, proposal and optional portfolio link. For an Identity request: use, territory, project, context, and authority confirmations. Technical information strictly required to operate and secure the forms may also be processed.
Purposes
To answer your request, organise founding access, qualify a documentary project or licence request, understand interested profiles, and share relevant Storyz launch updates.
Basis and withdrawal
Processing is based on your consent. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to the contact address below.
Recipients
The Storyz team and technical providers required to host the website and process the form, including Netlify and Cloudflare.
Retention
Requests are kept until consent is withdrawn or for no more than 24 months after the last useful exchange.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to certain uses where that right applies.
Cookies and measurement
No advertising cookies are added. Video progress is stored locally in your browser. Playback events (start and completion) and form events (start and submission attempt) are sent to Netlify operational logs without field contents, email or visitor identifiers. This measurement respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Confirmed requests are stored separately in Netlify Forms. Providers may process technical data needed for security and delivery.
